These terms apply to your use of insuris.co.za (the website), operated by INSURIS (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026 / 696970 / 07), of Hurlingham, Sandton 2196.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms are an agreement formed by your use of the website, as contemplated by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

In these terms, "INSURIS", "we", "us" and "our" mean INSURIS (Pty) Ltd.

The website is a pre-launch information page. It does not offer any products or services. Our planned launch date is 1 March 2027. That date may change.

INSURIS (Pty) Ltd is not currently an authorised financial services provider and does not render any financial services. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, an offer, or a solicitation of any financial product.

Any description of what INSURIS intends to do, including the names of proposed insurance offerings, is information about work that is still being prepared. Those offerings are not available. Nothing on this website is a quotation, a policy, financial advice, a recommendation, or an invitation to enter into a financial product.

You should not rely on the website when deciding whether to buy, keep, or change any financial product. Obtain advice from an authorised financial services provider before you do so.

Using the website, sending us an email, or having previously asked for launch updates does not appoint INSURIS, create a policy, or oblige us to provide any financial service.

A conversation before launch, including with an authorised financial services provider or with a person interested in a future role, is for information only. It places no obligation on either side, and it is not an offer of appointment or employment.

If you previously asked us to email you about the launch, that request allows us to send those updates and nothing more. It does not reserve any offering and it does not create any other agreement. You may ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@insuris.co.za.

You are responsible for the content of any message you send us. Do not send information you are not entitled to share, and do not send identity numbers, banking details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Notice.

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date. Information may still be incomplete, and we may change it without notice, including the planned launch date.

The website is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected. We may suspend or withdraw the website at any time.

You may use the website for lawful purposes, and only in line with these terms. You may not:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or these terms;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the website, or any system connected to it, that you are not authorised to use;
• interfere with the website, overload it, or introduce a virus or other malicious code;
• copy, scrape, or reuse the website in a way that impairs it or misleads anyone about your connection with INSURIS; or
• use the INSURIS name, mark, or content to suggest that we have endorsed you.

The INSURIS name, wordmark, logo, design, text, and other content on this website belong to INSURIS (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may view the website, and you may print or download a copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

You may not copy, adapt, publish, or use any of that material for a commercial purpose without our prior written permission, except where the law allows a specific use.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use personal information. It applies together with these terms.

The website may link to other websites. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

To the extent the law allows, INSURIS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. That includes loss arising from an error, omission, interruption, or unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law. That includes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you keep using the website after an update is posted, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the website. They replace any earlier statement about that use.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we may still enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or duties under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor to the business, provided that the transfer does not reduce the protection these terms give you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You and INSURIS submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, including the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg.

This does not limit any right you have to approach a consumer court, the National Consumer Commission, the Information Regulator, or another body that the law allows you to approach.
